We are looking for a bright, engaged researcher to join the Welsh Election Study team at Cardiff University’s Wales Governance Centre to contribute to the production of high-quality academic publications as well as the dissemination of research findings to wider, non-academic audiences.
This is a full time position (35 hours per week), for a fixed period of 12 months and is available immediately.
We welcome all applications, although we particularly welcome applications from female and black and minority ethnic candidates as they are under-represented within the Centre at this level.

Cardiff University is committed to supporting and promoting equality and diversity and to creating an inclusive working environment. We believe this can be achieved through attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse range of staff from many different backgrounds who have the ambition to create a University which seeks to fulfil our social, cultural and economic obligation to Cardiff, Wales, and the world. In supporting our employees to achieve a balance between their work and their personal lives, we will also consider proposals for flexible working or job share arrangements.
Applications may be submitted in Welsh, and an application submitted in Welsh will not be treated less favourably than an application submitted in English.
