Applications are invited for a temporary post of a CDIC Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering within UCD School of Civil Engineering.
This is a 5-year position. The School is seeking applications from candidates with experience in teaching and with a sustained record of high-quality peer-reviewed research. The School of Civil Engineering is a dynamic, research-driven school with a clear focus on delivering excellent research and education. It has an international reputation as a centre for excellence for research and teaching, ranked in the global top 150 for `Civil and Structural Engineering’ (QS Global Rankings), ranking number 1 in Ireland. The School has a focus on strengthening its expertise in climate change, data analytics, digitisation and renewable energy and has world-leading researchers in its two research centres, the Centre for Critical Infrastructure Research, and the Dooge Centre for Water Resources Research.
Salary: 95 Lecturer/Asst Professor Above the Bar (7943) €62,233 - €98,548 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
