About the role
We are seeking an experienced and successful project manager to coordinate and manage the recently funded ‘X-disciplinary Challenges from Industry for Technical Expert Development’ (X-CITED) programme of works. This £2M, 3-year programme, starting 1st April 2024, has been funded by EPSRC for the development of Research Technical Professionals (RTPs) across the Universities of Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Exeter.
This innovative programme goes beyond a simple staff development programme, focussing specifically interaction with Industry partners whilst also testing a model to establish a talent pipeline through trainee RTPs. You will work within an enthusiastic (and excited) team, and be key to coordinating this ambitious regional programme, with stakeholders including 10+ industry partners, other national research alliances, research funders and ~200 regional RTPs.
