Who we need & what you will bring
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and innovative Senior Administrator to lead and co-ordinate the administrative activities that take place across our ESOL provision within the Adams Campus. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of working and supporting faculty areas and have the vision to create professional mechanisms to monitor and track the learner journey and work with curriculum and management teams to ensure the highest standards across the Adams Campus.
They will work in conjunction with Heads of Faculty, Curriculum Managers, and relevant curriculum colleagues to support quality processes through monitoring actions, deadlines and ensuring consistency across the area. Therefore, flexibility, efficiency and excellent communication skills are essential for this position. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate that they can use technologies and will continue to update their skills through CPD.
