We are seeking experienced and professional individuals to provide comprehensive support to the Executive Office at HRUC. This is a busy and challenging role with a varied workload, including diary management, dealing with correspondence and incoming calls, organising meetings and events and minute taking. You will work closely with other College staff to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided to the Executive Team members.
You will have at least two years’ recent experience as an Administrator or PA in a busy environment, and will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be able to prioritise your work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work flexibly, using your own initiative. You should possess excellent IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft software, and experience of using systems/databases.
