The role
This role is an exciting opportunity to join the EEME senior management team, as a new school you will help shape the direction and success of the school as we continue to grow in our research and teaching. The role holder will contribute to ongoing management of the school, and also support new projects.
What will you be doing?
To work alongside the Head of School and School Manager in supporting the operational management of the School including people management, finance and teaching administration functions. To directly line manage and develop the School’s administrative support function. To ensure appropriate implementation of University and Faculty policy and interpret these to provide advice and guidance to line managers.

You will be organised, with a commitment to excellence, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will have the ability to build dialogue and trust with colleagues in the School and the wider University. You will have relevant experience in a management or supervisory position within a related organisation. You will have experience in developing projects and managing change, and the management of budgets. Your excellent planning skills will enable you to work under pressure to meet varying deadlines.
