Registry Administrator

The Registrar and Secretary’s Office at Leeds Beckett University is seeking to appoint a Registry Administrator. The post holder will join the External Reporting & Data Quality Team and is key to the effective and professional administration of student records to support student funding.

The successful candidate will triage and respond to student and staff queries, providing a high standard of customer care. They will also liaise with the Student Loans Company to confirm student registration and attendance, as well as processing any changes to student circumstances which impact funding entitlement. They will enjoy working as part of a small team to solve problems and support our students.
