Oxford University Department for Continuing Education (OUDCE) is seeking to appoint a Course Administrator for its busy Award Programme Office located in Summertown, Oxford. The Administrator will provide assistance across the portfolio of Undergraduate Award Bearing courses.
About the role
You will be responsible for providing support for the student lifecycle from end-to-end, including dealing with admissions, on-course administration and handling post-course enquiries, such as requests for transcripts.
This is a full-time position, available on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be expected to work for at least 2 days on campus, and up to 3 days remotely from home.
About you
You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, a high level of accuracy and an ability to work flexibly to deadlines with minimal supervision. In addition, good interpersonal and communication skills, alongside the ability to work well in a team environment and a clear and pleasant manner in dealing with a wide range of people over the telephone, via email or in person, are essential. You must be competent in a range of IT applications including MS Word, Excel and Access, together with email and use of the internet.
