International Student Recruitment Manager

UH-GAF is seeking an International Student Recruitment Manager to lead our global recruitment efforts. This key role focuses on increasing student enrolments and promoting UH-GAF in major international markets. Located in the New Administrative Capital, Egypt, UH-GAF is a rapidly growing institution with ambitious expansion plans.

We need a talented individual to lead our student recruitment across diverse international markets. The successful candidate will be an ambassador for UH-GAF, providing excellent customer service to prospective students, parents, and educational consultants, and driving international student enrolments.

The post holder will develop and execute recruitment plans, achieve targets, and collaborate with senior staff to maximise student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the international student recruitment efforts for UH-GAF.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student body from key global markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve enrolment targets
• Collaborate with senior staff and other departments to ensure the successful implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Represent UH-GAF at international education fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in international student recruitment, preferably within a higher education context.
• Strong understanding of global education markets and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences.
• A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A high level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• A passion for international education and a commitment to promoting UH-GAF and Egypt as an alternative study destination.
