We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and highly motivated individual to the role of Professor in the discipline of Management and Public Administration.
About the Role
The appointee will contribute to the teaching of undergraduate courses across the management and public administration curriculum and will be expected to contribute to the development and delivery of online courses. The incumbent will contribute to the school’s postgraduate/ masters, PhD programmes, supervise research students, and will be expected to undertake research in his/her area of expertise, and publish the findings in reputable journals. The appointee will also be expected to successfully attract research grants (from internal & external sources) in the thematic area of research and support the University’s mission and goals as set out in the latest University’s Strategic Plan. The appointee will also assist with other tasks assigned by the Head of School.
The incumbent will also lead the design and development of the curriculum; teaching undergraduate and postgraduate, Masters/ PhD courses both on-campus and through the flexible modes of delivery; participate and contribute to the research and publications profile of the school, oversee the accreditation of existing programmes by international accreditation agencies, contribute to the administrative functions of the school and to the development of new courses and programmes. The incumbent should have a demonstrated international academic excellence, and outstanding contribution to teaching, research, and scholarship.

Salary Range: FJ $153,416 to $165,855 per annum.
