Finance Business Partner - Systems - Grade 8 (2 Posts)

This a critical role within the Finance department, as it focuses on optimising system usage and supporting change initiatives. The university is currently in the process of migrating its ERP system (Unit4) to the cloud with the aims of enhancing efficiency, accessibility, and scalability by leveraging cloud technology. As part of this transition, we are also looking to redesign our chart of accounts to help streamline financial processes and improve reporting capabilities.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Systems (HoFS), you will be an experienced and highly motivated individual with knowledge of working in a large complex organisation who is able to perform effectively under significant pressure, continuously working within tight deadlines and is expected to act independently with little direct supervision from his/her line manager. You will be a member of a recognised accounting professional body.

You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience) and have membership of a recognised accounting professional body (CCAB or CIMA).

2 permanent full-time posts available. Located on University campus Foundation Building (Hybrid working, expected to be on campus a minimum of 2-3 days per week).
