We are looking to recruit a committed and forward-thinking business engagement practitioner to take the lead in promoting the colleges most innovative provision and projects.
You will act as a key link between the college’s commercial innovation team and employers. Providing intelligence on the local skills requirements to enable the development of responsive skills solutions across the college’s four pillars of innovation. Those being Robotics and automation, AI and digital, sustainability and mobility decarbonisation.
This will be a key position within the college and the post-holder will be asked to bring their own fresh and innovative approach to employer engagement focusing on the quality of interaction to generate momentum, interest, and recruitment opportunities for the college’s pioneering activities.

This role is eligible for the Taking Teaching Further project. The project enables us to support highly skilled industry professionals to join the college with an excellent support package for their journey into teaching.
