The Visual Merchandising area at London College of Fashion is renowned for its unique educational offer, the BA (Hons) Fashion Visual Merchandising and Branding. Currently, there is an opening for a Specialist Technician (Teaching and Learning) Visual Merchandising.
The role’s main objectives are to provide practical and digital demonstrations, formative assessment for student learning, and to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Visual Merchandising Studios. This includes digital design, such as SketchUp or other visual design software, stock checks, and ordering materials for sessions.
About you
In addition to your Visual Merchandising experience, you will ideally possess strong 3D modelling skills, knowledge, and experience of working with virtual reality, excellent planning, and time management skills, have experience with the upkeep of equipment, and be able to communicate effectively orally, in writing, and/or using visual media.
