We are looking for a motivated candidate for this exciting opportunity to join the University’s Special Collections team. The Collections Image Service Assistant facilitates access, supply and licensing of images of collections held at The MERL, Special Collections and the University Art Collection. UMASCS holds an extraordinarily diverse range of objects, archives and photographic images and has been successful facilitating access to these collections for research, reproduction and publication for many years. The post holder will be responsible for supporting access to the collections, physically and digitally, and for managing the UMASCS’ reprographic services. As part of the wider Special Collections team, they will contribute to the provision of UMASCS researcher and Reading Room services.
The post is permanent, 0.8FTE.
