UEA Global Programmes and Study Abroad
Salary on appointment will be £29,605 per annum with an annual increment up to £36,024 per annum.
An exciting fixed-term opportunity has arisen for a Study Abroad and Exchange Partnerships Officer to join the UEA Global Programmes and Study Abroad team.
You will focus on supporting the Partnerships and Visiting Student Recruitment team in engaging with UEA's worldwide study abroad and exchange partners, developing relationships and maintaining a productive exchange balance.
You will work with international colleagues and prospective study abroad students to showcase UEA as an attractive destination to spend a year or semester, delivering promotional sessions and developing promotional toolkits. You will travel internationally to visit partner universities and recruit students, as well as respond to enquiries from prospective students and partner universities online.
You will have experience working with a range of stakeholders and forging effective working relationships is key. Excellent responsive communication and intercultural awareness are vital. You are able to coordinate a wide range of tasks and often work to tight deadlines.
Experience of international travel and networking for work purposes is ideal. You will be able to represent the University professionally and independently as well as work as part of a dynamic team supporting colleagues, internal and external stakeholders, and attending to student enquirers. You will have recent experience of working in a similar sales, marketing or recruitment role.
This full-time post is available from 21 October 2024 on a fixed term basis.
