In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the Learning & Skills Manager (LSM) for Adults, supporting the development of new programmes and student recruitment. Central to the role is liaising with employers and other stakeholders to create innovative provisions and overseeing their set-up, management, monitoring, and progress reporting. You will manage a team of Workplace and Community Officers and Coordinators, ensuring high standards and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with employers and key stakeholders to develop innovative adult learning opportunities, with a focus on the Multiply programme.
  • Support the LSM for the area and the wider management team.
  • Coordinate the delivery of workplace and community programmes in English, maths, ESOL, Multiply, and other projects.
  • Provide a high-quality service, acting as the main contact for internal and external agencies as necessary.
  • Lead the Workplace and Community Coordinators and Officers.
  • Multitask across various projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Bring creative ideas to the table and see them through to fruition.

Location:

This role can be based in either Nuneaton or Wigston and involves extensive travel, with occasional evening and weekend work.

We may offer up to 3 days per week working from home, depending on business priorities.
