This role is the opportunity to join our Impact Team to support delivery of the University’s impact strategy and operations. It is a great way to work with researchers and professional colleagues across a wide range of fields. In turn, this will build your understanding of what drives research excellence.

Research, Partnerships and Innovation (RPI) provides authoritative professional support for research and knowledge exchange, partnerships, impact, regional engagement and innovation. This multifaceted role supports researchers to consider impact as part of the research lifecycle, from the initial idea to evidencing impact. Working with a team of University and Faculty Impact managers, the role offers an opportunity to gain skills and experience supporting REF2029 Impact Case Studies.
The University Impact officer owns the training and organisation for a cohort evidence interns. This group of students is enthusiastic about supporting the delivery of and evidencing the benefits from our impact and knowledge exchange.
