Flexible and remote working can be adopted for this role. However, the contractual location of this role is Milton Keynes and thus we’d expect some attendance in the office, approximately once a month and ad hoc as required.

The role
The role holder will be responsible to the Head of Legal, to work in partnership with Faculties and Business Units across the University and its subsidiaries to provide high quality legal advice. The successful applicant will support research, curricular and commercialisation activities by drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements. The majority of these agreements relate to collaborations with other universities and companies therefore knowledge and understanding of commercial contracts and Data Protection legislation is essential.
