At Biosciences we offer 3 undergraduate degree schemes accredited by the Royal Society of Biology, in marine biology, zoology and biology, and popular taught and research Masters courses covering a wide range of topics, from Global Ecology and Conservation to Marine and Freshwater Systems, to Natural Products and Environmental Resources. Our department is immersed in the beautiful Singleton Park, facing the beach, and located close to stunning natural areas, including the Gower Peninsula, the Brecon Beacons National Park, and Pembrokeshire, excellent for teaching our field courses. We have great modern facilities, including our new 18m catamaran research and teaching vessel and the UK-leading Centre for Sustainable Aquatic Research (CSAR), with 100% of our Research Environment judged as world or internationally leading by the latest REF evaluation.

In this post, you will be contributing to our BSc and MSc teaching in Marine Ecology and Climate Change, including by teaching modules on climate change biology, marine biology professional skills, ocean ecology, and field courses, including overseas marine tropical ecology field courses.
