The Department of Philosophy at the University of Warwick seeks to appoint a 2-year Teaching Fellow in Moral and/or Political Philosophy, potentially including Legal Philosophy. We especially welcome applications from members of groups currently underrepresented in philosophy.
About You
We are seeking to appoint a candidate with a track-record as a dedicated and successful teacher who will provide an exceptional level of education to our students. Initially, the successful candidate will teach core honours-level modules including Ethics and Political Economy, and may act as course convenor for our new undergraduate Philosophy and Politics degree course.
We are especially interested in candidates who, through their research, teaching, and service, will contribute to the diversity and excellence of our staff-student community. We are committed to a research-led approach to teaching and to providing our staff with an environment that supports developing their research and their teaching to the highest level.
