Nails and Beauty Therapy Lecturer

DN Colleges are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lecturer in Nails & Beauty Therapy to deliver and assess on the L2/L3 Nails courses, but also being involved in the delivery of traditional Beauty Therapy. Relevant occupational experience of up-to-date Nail Design techniques with industry experience is highly desirable, with Beauty qualifications.

As a part time programme tutor you will take responsibility for one full time or part-time groups of students. This role is based at Doncaster College, working part time - 18.5 hours per week. Part time hours are timetabled to meet the needs of the Curriculum and to enhance the student experience.

The successful candidate must be able to teach across a range of programmes at levels 1, 2 and 3, and be involved in curriculum development and employer engagement to enhance provision. You should be qualified to at least Degree level or similar in a related area or have extensive work experience in the Nails/Beauty industry. Holding a Certificate in Education, or equivalent teaching qualification and Assessors is desirable and knowledge of quality assurance practises would be beneficial.
