We are recruiting a Teacher of Business to join our Business team based at the Roundhouse Campus in Pride Park, Derby. The Role
Within this role you will be pivotal to the success of the Business provision the College delivers to students from across the East Midlands. You’ll be joining a dedicated teaching team from a variety of business backgrounds.
You’ll be working with learners ranging from 16 to 18 years old and adult learners on a variety of courses including BTECs (Level 1-3), T-Levels in Business. Through the delivery of engaging teaching, learning and assessment, you will ensure they gain an in depth understanding of the business industry through subjects that may include;
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll have excellent interpersonal skills, and be adept at time management and organisation to enable you to manage caseloads of work. You’ll hold a Level 3 or higher in a Business subject, and have experience of working within the sector, with a desire to pass on your knowledge to workforce of the future. Due to the sessional nature of the vacancy, flexibility is also required.
