We are inviting applications from people who are great organisers and confident, empathetic communicators to join the MK:U coaching team. You will encourage and support our learners through to successful completion of their higher education course, helping them to organise and manage their learning and to build their portfolio of evidence for final assessment.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Lead Apprenticeship Coach, you will support and coach apprentices and their employers through five different Level 6 (undergraduate) degree apprenticeship standards: Chartered Manager, Cyber Security Technical Professional, Digital Technology Solutions and Data Scientist, Robotics Engineer with other subjects (such as Data Analyst) at Levels 4 to 6 launching soon.
You will provide individually tailored support for each apprentice and their employer throughout their course, helping them to demonstrate how their academic learning meets the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by the relevant apprenticeship standard. You will be responsible for coaching and supporting apprentices from a range of business sectors, evaluating progress with the apprentice and their employers and guiding them towards submission against the requirements of their End Point Assessments.
You will also actively contribute to the development of MK:U’s apprenticeship provision, working as a member of our education team.

Some understanding of the higher or further education sector would be helpful, as would familiarity with STEM, Leadership/Management or digital subject areas.
