We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Workflow Coordinator to join the Web Development Team.
You will be part of a team responsible for the on-going support of the UEA’s web portfolio, including the Portal and Website. Leading the day-to-day operational support, main duties include acting as first point of contact for all web incidents and service requests; keeping customers informed at all times; and assisting in the daily workload planning.
A key focus of activity is liaising with internal stakeholders for their development requests, content edits as well as bugs and issues with the University’s enterprise-wide websites including the Portal. You will also log and manage work in the UEA’s agreed Service tool.
You will have a good general education with GCSEs at Grade 5/C or above, including English and Mathematics (or equivalent qualification) and/or significant experience in a directly relevant role, together with proven competency and demonstrable experience in the use of MS Office products. Excellent communication and organisational skills are also essential. Knowledge and experience in the use of CMS systems is desirable.
This temporary post is available from 19 August 2024 for up to 12 months to cover for the absence of the postholder on maternity leave. The appointment will be terminated with four weeks’ notice at the end of the week immediately preceding the return of the postholder from maternity leave.
A secondment will be considered, and applicants should please ensure that a secondment will be possible with their Line Manager/Head of Department, before submitting a formal application.
