This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will be part of our growing Student Systems Team within the IT Services department. We are a passionate team of developers specialising in designing and building complex student information systems. We are looking for someone to help us create innovative solutions that streamline critical processes, empower students, and enhance the overall academic experience.
We have very recently migrated 70% of our student systems over to AWS and are therefore looking for the perfect candidate - YOU - to help us continue on our journey to mobile first.
You will have expertise in developing systems using Python and expertise in developing, monitoring, debugging and fault handling of complex integrations between different systems. You will need to have the ability to mentor junior colleagues on development best practice, AWS skills and Python.
