The Conversion Officer will help us recruit high quality students for undergraduate, postgraduate and short courses through a range of marketing activities, creativity and personal drive. We’re looking for someone who is customer focused and can connect with customers to help them navigate the application process for our courses. You will help manage our customer enquiries, build an engaging community with prospective students and support the wider Student Recruitment Team at Escape Studios.
This is a varied role, and you’ll work on a range of marketing and recruitment projects. These include our on-campus and online recruitment events, managing pipelines in our CRM system, and administrating campus tours. You’ll engage with prospective students, parents, teachers and other stakeholders on a daily basis through enquiries by email, phone and the live chat function on our website.
You’ll also support the Student Recruitment team with higher education fairs and other events where required during busy periods, working with teachers and careers advisors. All activities could be either in a face-to-face setting or virtual.
You will be managed by the Head of Conversion and CRM and be part of a team that nurtures prospective students from enquiry to when they enrol. This is a fast-paced role, and you’ll need a high attention to detail to manage multiple projects and work with spreadsheets/systems.
Team fit is important to us and we’re looking for someone who has lots of drive, is keen to learn and who can use their initiative.
