About the positions

The Lecturer is a full-time accounting lecturer responsible for teaching undergraduate students. The lecturer is also responsible for updating the course materials, preparing, and marking quizzes, assignments, and exams, and attending training, and meetings. 

Main Outputs:

  • High-quality teaching.

Main Duties

  • Teach Management Accounting/Financial Accounting courses.
  • Review and revise course specifications to meet industry practices.
  • Update course materials including lecture slides, class activities, and assessments.
  • Prepare and mark student’s assessments such as quizzes, assignments, and exams.
  • Provide appropriate office hours for periodic student consultations.
  • Produce research papers. 

Requirement:

  • Master's degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.
  • PhD degree is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are preferred.
  • Ideally at least three years of experience teaching accounting courses in higher education.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Dedication to student advising, mentoring, and education in the Accounting and Finance field.

Remuneration:

  • Competitive annual payment.
  • A healthcare benefit consisting of up to $3,000 for health treatment for any hospital in Cambodia.
  • Submit a research paper and get paid $3,000 per paper.
  • Sponsor for flight ticket, accommodation for presenting academic research at the international conference
  • A round-trip economy flight ticket twice per year for home visits.
  • Payment for visa extension and work permit fee.
