Richmond American University London is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Content and Social Media Officer to join our Marketing, Recruitment, and Communications team. This role is crucial in delivering our marketing and communication strategy, focusing on content creation and social media engagement to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across our target audiences.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to create written, visual, and audio content including blogs, videos, podcasts, and photography, the capacity to create engaging content to support marketing and communication activities, ensuring it aligns with the university’s brand. An eye for Social Media Management where the successful candidate will oversee RAUL’s presence on social media platforms. Develop and implement a social media content plan to increase brand visibility and support student recruitment.
Editorial Planning will be a key element of the role with the candidate demonstrating the capacity to maintain and contribute to an effective content calendar and editorial plan to highlight RAUL’s strengths in teaching and student experience. SEO and Analytics - Utilize SEO principles and digital marketing strategies to optimize content reach. Track and analyze web and social media metrics to improve future content production.
The candidate will showcase an ability to work well with various departments to gather content, support the web team in maintaining recruitment-facing web pages, and manage a community of Student Digital Ambassadors.
