In this role, you'll be a champion for innovative AV solutions, ensuring seamless technology integration across teaching and learning environments, meetings, conferences, and live events on all campuses.
Your expertise will be instrumental in:
- Creating Dynamic Learning Spaces: You'll deploy, configure, maintain, and support innovative audio-visual technology to develop engaging learning experiences.
- Empowering our Team: You'll provide ongoing technical support and knowledge transfer, empowering our Teaching Technology, Media and Events Support Team.
- Troubleshooting Complexities: You'll take on complex audio-visual issues, including lecture capture hardware (Echo360) and networked control systems.
- Supporting Diverse Learning: You'll contribute to learning experiences by supporting a variety of educational environments – on-campus, online, and blended.
- Driving Innovation: You'll identify and recommend new AV technologies to continuously enhance teaching and learning.
- Encouraging Collaboration: You'll lead by example, deputising for the Teaching Infrastructure Lead, and mentor less experienced team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
