FTE upto £50,000 (depending on experience)

The London School of Commerce (LSC) is one of the largest and most reputable private higher education providers in the United Kingdom. The LSC Group has global campuses in Kuala Lumpur, Dhaka, Colombo, Malta and Amman.

The School is expanding its current programme portfolio and is seeking a highly-motivated, student-focused lecturer who is able to contribute to our undergraduate programmes in Health and Social Care in our London campus.

Qualifications and person specification

Potential candidates should have;

• A good postgraduate qualification and have relevant teaching, learning and assessment experience in a UK Higher Education Institution.
• A recognised Health and Social Care qualification at a minimum level 3.
• The chosen candidate requires experience of teaching healthcare-related courses.
• Experience in teaching the following subjects: Examining Health Conditions, Work-related Learning, Health and Social care Practice, Public Health Skills and Services, Safeguarding Audits and Children, Psychology in Health Care and leadership in Health and Social Care would be an advantage.
• Experience in setting assessments, marking and moderation and module coordination and management within the teaching team.
• Excellent communication skills, innovative teaching and delivery to support learners from diverse background.
• The ability work in a fast-paced HE environment with a proactive attitude, business acumen and meeting deadlines.
