Small Works Projects Manager

We are pleased to announce that we are recruiting for a Small Works Capital Project Manager at Harper Adams University.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Planning, monitoring, and controlling a range of projects including the successful delivery of projects on time and to required specifications;
• Drafting for review prior to issue project specifications;
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders; and
• Managing multiple corresponding small projects. These include minor works, refurbishments and new build developments. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong understanding of building services
• Previous public sector experience is desirable.
