This will include process modelling, life cycle assessment and techno-economic analysis, with a particular focus on the engineering infrastructure implications of scale up and deployment.

You will work with a team of national researchers to develop transition scenarios for ports and maritime sectors and synthesize models reflecting the impact of appropriate decarbonization scenarios. You should have an appropriate scientific, engineering or mathematical background, with a PhD (or near to completion) in a relevant topic. You will have strong analytic, modelling and data analysis skills and experience of writing up research outputs.
