Are you currently working in industry and want to change to educating the next generation? Or are you an experienced computing tutor? Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital technologies? We are currently seeking a passionate and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Business & Digital.

You will be working with a range of tutors to prepare and deliver qualifications in business and digital tech. Sharing best practice, developing skills, and positive behaviour of students.

What skills are we looking for:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, practical sessions, and support the wider team.
  • Mentor and support students, fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment.
  • Work towards college and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring learners achieve their best.

Responsibilities for the role:

  • Action college strategy by communicating and delivering outcomes for students.
  • Maintain high standards which meet the college and Ofsted expectations.
  • Develop and update curriculum content to reflect industry trends and advancements.

The Location: The site is based in Nuneaton. Travel to other sites may also be required.
