Skills and Development Tutor - Digital & Business

What skills are we looking for:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, practical sessions, and support the wider team.
• Mentor and support students, fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment.
• Work towards college and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring learners achieve their best.

Responsibilities for the role:

• Conduct weekly course review sessions for students within the Business & Digital study programmes.
• Action college strategy by communicating and delivering outcomes for students.
• Maintain high standards which meet the college and Ofsted expectations.
• Develop and update content to meet the learners’ needs.
• Identify barriers to learning and plan appropriate strategies to overcome them, ensuring delivery is adapted to meet learner needs.
• Provide enrichment opportunities to students through clubs, competitions and activities.

The Location: The site is based in Nuneaton. Travel to other sites may also be required.
