Business Analyst

We seek a talented and enthusiastic Business Analyst who is looking to build on their experience in our fast paced, varied and supportive environment. You will support the Business Architect and other colleagues in IT and the BIU throughout the project lifecycle through process modelling, gap analysis, requirements elicitation and solution implementation. You will also help ensure that key business processes are documented and analysed, and help support existing projects and change initiatives within a complex environment. Working with the Business and Solutions Architects, procurement, and other IT colleagues you also contribute to finding the correct software for a solution which best meets the business needs and fits with the RVC’s business and technical architecture.

You will communicate effectively and will already have some experience, perhaps gained in a similar HE environment and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
