The University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) is an established leader in the field, tracing its roots back to 1873. We deliver high quality and distinctive educational programmes for adult learners, predominantly studying on a part-time basis, for either personal enrichment or professional development. In this position within the External Engagement team, you will play a pivotal role in executing our 2021-2025 strategy, ensuring our online content aligns seamlessly with our organisational goals and captivates our target audiences, including adult learners at all life stages. You will take the lead in creating clear, concise, and compelling website content that reflects our tone of voice guidelines and enhances user experience through SEO optimisation.

You'll also work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and consistency across platforms, providing a strong steer to stakeholders at all leaders on aligning content with our strategic objectives. Your role will be crucial in maintaining website content processes, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement on industry best practices.

This position is based at Madingley Hall, just outside Cambridge. We practice a hybrid working model and the successful candidate will be expected to be in the office for two days a week.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance.
