Lecturers/Senior Lecturers/Professor in Management Subjects (12 Posts) (Research & Teaching Track)

The Adam Smith Business School, ranked as the top performing Business/Management School in Scotland in REF 2021, is excited to announce recruitment for 12 positions across a range of Business and Management subjects, prioritizing, but not limited to: Data Analytics; Entrepreneurship; Human Resource Management/Leadership; Marketing; Strategy; Technology Management (including systems perspectives), International Business and Innovation. These positions are full-time and open-ended.

We are particularly keen to receive applications from talented scholars who combine research excellence with a commitment to teaching which prepares students for the future world of work. We welcome applications which bring evidence of, and motivation for, engagement with external communities and partners. We wish to recruit colleagues who recognise the academic and societal benefits of undertaking impactful research, which addresses pressing local and global challenges, including but not limited to: Connected communities, digital societies/solutions, ethics, food security, governance, inclusion, poverty, supply chains and sustainability.
