An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, hard-working and self-driven Event Manager to manage the Recruitment Events team within the Recruitment, Events and Outreach department at UEA. You will take a lead role in meeting growth targets outlined in the UEA Reputation & Recruitment Plan.
You will be responsible for the delivery of all on campus student recruitment events from conception to delivery, thinking innovatively and working collaboratively with colleagues across UEA to ensure the successful delivery of these events.
You will have experience of managing large scale complex events or projects, of planning office activities and developing and supervising processes and experience of managing a team.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Appointment will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service, including a check of the Child Barred List. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
This full-time post is available from 24 September 2024 on an indefinite basis.
