The Role
Tutors will be responsible for ensuring that students have a high quality and effective learning experience through provision of teaching, curriculum development and tutorials using innovative approaches that are learning led and focused on students. They also play a wider role in helping to develop their subject area ensuring a class leading student experience and a sustainable offer that is aligned to both employer and student demand. Tutors will play a key role in helping to attract new students.
Qualifications Required
Our Successful Candidate
You will have demonstrable experience of successful teaching across higher education levels 4-7 in Adult, Mental Health or Learning Disabilities Nursing within clinical practice or within higher education. You will be able to demonstrate your high standards of teaching, learning and student engagement and flare for teaching innovation consistent with our reputation and track record as a high-quality provider of teaching and learning.
You will have a passion for sharing knowledge and supporting students in their learning journey, both in clinical practice and in the classroom, with the ability to work flexibly to meet learner needs. You will have experience enhancing and engaging in an active learning pedagogy with evidence in proactively assist student success.
