We have an exciting opportunity for a Technician to join the School of Infection and Immunity, MRC-University of Glasgow Centre for Virus Research (CVR) www.cvr.ac.uk and will manage specialist equipment including FACS, analytical technologies, protein chemistry and luminometers to support molecular/cell-based research. You will be responsible for commissioning new equipment, providing specialist technical expertise, and ensuring users are trained appropriately to optimise contribution to research goals. In addition, the postholder will undertake a range of technical support activities in line with the CVR strategy which will involve working with several research groups providing core support.
