In the role of Lecturer - Functional Skills Maths & English you’ll work and travel across multiple sites and your focus will be driving forward our Workplace and Apprenticeship provision, working with local employers and college apprenticeship teams.
Your key responsibilities will be to deliver high-quality Functional Skills teaching and learning in English and Maths by developing and implementing creative and diverse teaching strategies to engage and motivate students.
Ideally, you’ll have proven experience in teaching functional skills, with a relevant teaching qualification or willingness to undertake one, as well as subject specific qualifications. It’s important that you’re able to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
