The Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Centre is recruiting to build our engineering teams in Sustainable Polymers & Composites to support the development of innovative and emerging industry-focussed solutions.
As Senior Engineer you will apply your specialist knowledge and experience to support Preforming R&D activities as part of the Sustainable Polymers & Composites Group. You will work collaboratively with your team, industry, technology providers, national technology centres and academia to deliver key projects focused on advanced composites preforming activities.
You will also have responsibility for operations of the AMIC composites (NIACE) facility and equipment, supporting work scheduling and quality delivery.

This post is available on a fixed term contract for 3 years in the first instance. Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
