We are seeking to appoint an experienced and exceptional individual for the role of Head of Management, reporting to the Director of the School of Creative Technologies, Design and Enterprise. As the Head of Management, you will be responsible for the strategic development, vision, and academic leadership for all current and future provision within the subject area. In collaboration with colleagues, the postholder will provide leadership in pedagogic innovation, student experience, oversight of the curriculum and will develop dynamic networks.
Our undergraduate Management programmes cover the areas of Music Industry Management, Management of Live Events, and Management for Theatre and Screen. Further post-graduate provision in these areas is planned.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification and experience of teaching or training, you will also have significant practical & professional experience in one or more of the areas above. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential. You will be student focussed, building a supportive and creative environment for students to develop their skills in a practice-based learning environment, with a strong commitment to preparing students for sustained employment.
