About the role:
We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Officer within the Finance Department of Cancer Research UK Manchester Institute. The aim of this post is to provide financial support to the Chief Finance Officer, Finance Operations Manager, and the budget holders within the institute.
About you:
You should have a degree in finance or a related subject (or equivalent relevant experience) along with extensive relevant experience in the field of finance. You will have a high level of technical PC skills, particularly around Microsoft Excel. A strong finance background is essential and previous experience leading in-house meetings is desirable. Presentation skills are desirable as is knowledge of Oracle finance systems (although training can be provided).
