Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to use your knowledge of finance & HR/payroll functions by joining our Finance Systems team as an Assistant Functional Systems Analyst?

We are looking for someone to demonstrate their passion for change and high level engagement skills to make an impact on our processes and associated systems.

The role holder will be responsible for enabling technology to assist with better practices across finance functions, while working with our Functional System Analysts. Together with them, you will work towards the effective operation of all financial systems including Cogent, IBM products and the SAP environment.

You should demonstrate an understanding of finance functions with some experience of system configuration. We work primarily with SAP and you will be given the chance to improve your knowledge and skills through your own development path.

You will get to lead on system development projects across the department affecting how finance functions are carried out. You will assist the teams involved in those functions with creative and innovative solutions to the problems they are experiencing.

You will build and maintain relationships with key colleagues and use your enthusiasm and drive to create a culture for improvement while encouraging and participating in collaborative working.
