The Role:

As a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Business Management/Digital Marketing at UA92, you'll play a pivotal role in inspiring and empowering the next generation of business leaders. You will work alongside the Course Leader and World of Business academic team on module development for Business Management and/or Digital Marketing ensuring effective pedagogy is embedded in allocated modules and qualifications Your responsibilities will include delivering dynamic lectures, crafting engaging curriculum content, and providing mentorship to our students. With your expertise and passion for business, you'll contribute to the ongoing development of our business programs, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

• An individual with:
• A deep passion for business and a commitment to fostering the growth and development of our students.
• Master’s degree level in a relevant subject or (if from a professional practice background) an Honours degree plus professional experiences and/or qualifications equivalent to a Masters.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students through interactive teaching methods.
• Industry experience and a keen understanding of current business practices and trends.
• A collaborative spirit and a dedication to creating an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
