The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Community Knowledge Manager to lead and manage a Community Knowledge Hub team across the Universities of Edinburgh, Glasgow, and St Andrews as part of our Wellcome funded Institutional Research Cultures project, InFrame. The Community Knowledge Hub will provide bespoke pre- and post- award support, community building, knowledge-sharing, and critical cross-linking of projects funded through the InFrame Research Culture Catalyst Fund.
The Community Knowledge Manager role offers a candidate interested or experienced in team leadership the opportunity to work across three universities on a wide variety of projects to improve Research Cultures. The role holder will work with staff and students at all career stages and in all parts of each partner university to develop, realise, and implement projects that aim to identify and evaluate new models of research leadership. The Community Knowledge Manager will work with the project leadership and Evaluation Manager to identify themes across projects and build each institution’s evidence base for decision making related to research culture.
