Job Summary:
LSE is undertaking a huge amount of transformational change to support our 2030 strategy vision as well as improvements to staff and student experiences.
Part of a newly formed team of change communications experts, this role will be positioned within the Internal Communications team of LSE’s vibrant Communications Division, whilst also working closely with the Business Improvement Unit (BIU) and Change and Project Managers. The BIU delivers both strategic transformational change and operational improvements across LSE.
In this role, you will be a vital part of change delivery teams, forging strong working relationships across the relevant areas of the School. You will also contribute to the wider narrative of change across LSE, helping to establish and maintain consistent approaches to change communications and engagement at the institution.
Initially focusing on two specific change projects, your role will expand over time to support delivery across the multi-project portfolio and could cover a range of initiatives.
As Change Communications Officer, you will work closely with dedicated Programme delivery teams; the Communications Division; colleagues in central Divisions; and academic departments to facilitate and manage implementation through effective communications and engagement activity. You will also provide support, insight and creative problem-solving in the Internal Communications team where appropriate.
You will have:
We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
