Located in London at the heart of the global music industry the Institute for Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) has been developing and delivering contemporary music education for over 30 years – longer than any other music school in the UK.

Requirements
We are seeking a friendly, flexible and highly organised individual with excellent communication and administration skills to support the work of the Careers & Industry Hub in providing ICMP students and alumni with support and guidance as they build careers within music, the creative industries and beyond.
You will be responsible for supporting ICMP students and recent graduates to successfully transition into professional work, higher study, or self-employment through leveraging relationships with the wider ICMP alumni community as well as with local, regional, and national graduate employers.
You will provide administrative assistance to the department across a range of areas and work closely with the Careers & Employability Manager to contribute towards and leverage overall Graduate Outcomes, employer engagement and industry engagement strategies to help ICMP students and recent graduates successfully transition into professional, sustainable employment in line with Graduate Outcomes targets.
