About the Role:

• Strategy Development: Leverage data, insights, and market intelligence to craft and execute recruitment strategies for North East London. Identify growth opportunities and ensure alignment with the University's goals.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with local educational institutions, including schools and colleges in Waltham Forest and surrounding London boroughs. Build strong connections to spark interest in the University.
• Recruitment Operations: Lead the charge in generating leads by participating in recruitment exhibitions, fairs, and collegiate networks. Boost application numbers through effective conversion initiatives.
• Academic Engagement: Create opportunities for academic involvement with key colleges, providing guidance and support to academic staff.

About You:

• Experience: Proven track record in student recruitment or regional sales, with experience in creating and executing recruitment or sales strategies and managing relationships.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the higher education policy landscape, market trends, the UK Post-16 education system, and student recruitment processes. Proficient in data reporting and management.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Abilities: Results-driven with the ability to generate leads and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: £36,000 - £41,000

Additional Information:

You will report to the UK Student Recruitment and Outreach Manager. The role involves frequent and extensive travel to schools, colleges, and potentially local community events. You must live in or within easy reach of Waltham Forest or the surrounding boroughs. Evening and weekend work, along with occasional overnight stays and travel to other UK areas, is required. This hybrid role requires working one or more full days onsite at our Walthamstow Central campus.
